Refunds and Reprints
We offer a 15-day window for refunds and reprints!

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please get in touch with us to initiate a refund or reprint request. We will gladly reprint any order with issues related to print quality or adherence. However, we will not reprint due to poor-quality files. Any other reasons for requesting a refund or reprint will require managerial approval.

For purchases involving DTF Transfers or Hard Surface Permanent Transfers, make sure you've complied with the specific design guidelines.

Prior to finalizing your order, please double-check the shipping address details for accuracy. You will receive an order confirmation email to verify the particulars of your order.

Delays or Missing Refunds
If you haven't seen a refund within 7 business days:

Secondly, reach out to your credit card provider; the posting of refunds sometimes takes a while.
